Arrowhead Mills Gluten Free All Purpose Baking Mix

We don’t always want to grind our own flour so here’s a quick alternative. I will give you recipes that I have created or modified with this product or substitute this baking mix in any of your recipes that require a Gluten based flour/baking mix.

Personally when we were required to change our diet to gluten free it was very hard because around here we love bread. I have clients that go through the panic of “what in the world can we eat”? Not to fear, there are so many things available and your little Jessica or Johnny never has to go without Banana bread again!!!!

Note: Bulking up is a huge issue with which I am asked to help address. I will always suggest fruits and veggies as the majority of a diet but to add bulk or to satisfy the craving for something hearty nothing beats a banana bread, pumpkin bread, bread puddings, healthy cakes, muffins, pancakes, french toast, waffles etc. It can be done and it can be done healthy!!
